PAU D'ARCO: In case of acute symptoms, it is still effective to lightly boil the Pau d'Arco for 15 - 20 minutes over medium heat. Prepare 3 tablespoons of Pau D'Arco in 6 cups of water until the volume is halved. It is easy to prepare it for 1 or 2 days. Store in a glass bottle or jar in the refrigerator and enjoy it all day long.

Count on about 3-4 teaspoons of Pau D'Arco per day for a Candida cleanse.

You can combine it with other blood nourishing medicines such as cinnamon sticks, fresh turmeric or ginger for extra flavor.
