Returns

Returning products is possible within 14 days after placing the order. As soon as we have received the products, we will transfer the total amount within 14 days. The costs and risk of return shipment are borne by the customer.

We have the right to refuse returned products if we suspect that the product has been used or damaged through our own actions.

Items can only be returned:

• In undamaged condition
• In the original packaging
• Unused
