This powerful extract combines elderberries with high levels of plant-based antiviral agents such as Skullcap, Cordyceps, Reishi, Shiitake and Maitake. These herbal/antiviral agents are incredibly immune supportive while being known as respiratory tonics. This is not an ordinary elderberry syrup!
This is extra powerful and vegan. We don't use honey like classic formulations: instead we use organic vegetable glycerin and organic cane sugar.

Vegetable glycerin has a sweetness, but contains no sugar and therefore makes our elderberry syrup completely sugar-free, safe for diabetics and vegans.
Our elderberry syrup travels as easily as our tonics and elixirs... just pop it in your bag and go! Vegetable glycerin ensures that it has a shelf life and therefore it does not require refrigeration.

While we definitely think honey or agave syrup is a delicious treat, the sugar can build up quickly when consuming medicinal doses of 4-6 teaspoons per day during the onset of something like the flu or a cold. That is why we do not use honey from classic formulations, but instead we use organic vegetable glycerine and organic cane sugar.

Add 1 teaspoon daily to water, juice, tea, banana bread, etc.

For children:
Ages 1-3: ¼ teaspoon per day
From 4 years: 1/2 teaspoon per day

Elderberry is intended to be high dosed when you are exposed to an insect and feel the onset of symptoms. That's why we really chose sugar-free (like all our formulas!) because sugar feeds the potential pathogens. The dosage is variable, because it depends on whether you use it for continued resilience and protection, or when you are "hit" by something. For regular consumption, 1 teaspoon per day is good, when you experience the early stages of a cold or flu, take 4-6 teaspoons throughout the day.
