Add warm water or milk/oat milk.
Personally, we like 3/4 hot water to 1/4 oat milk. Experiment with different ratios to find your ideal balance of creaminess and flavor intensity.

Does it taste like mushroom?
No, it definitely does not taste like mushrooms!
Some mushrooms can smell quite strong in the mix, but this does not come across in the taste.

How many cups per day can I drink?

We recommend starting with one cup per day to give your body time to adjust to the fiber (if you are not used to a high fiber diet). Then slowly increase as desired. The dosage of mushrooms in each serving is specifically designed to be effective in one cup, but can be increased to several cups per day. Listen to your body and adjust as needed.

Digestion

Our Herbal Koffee contains chicory root powder, which is basically a digestive superhero. Chicory root is packed with prebiotic fiber called inulin, which is good for gut flora.

Can I drink it during pregnancy?

While our mushroom based coffee is natural and caffeine free, there is not much research done on pregnancy and chicory or some functional mushrooms like reishi and maitake, so we do not recommend consuming it.

After pregnancy/breastfeeding you can simply drink it and it will help you through those long nights!
