Use as you would use toothpaste; apply a small bead to a dry toothbrush and brush teeth. Or use directly on the gums (also on ulcers), massage the gums in a circular motion.

About a minute after leaving it on your gums and teeth (such as with oil pulling), rinse your mouth vigorously with water for as long as possible.
